Sophie is one of the best property managers I have ever known and worked with. She is hard-working and knowledgeable of different local rental markets. In fact, I was provided with sound advice regarding some minor renovation based on her insightful market reviews. I had rental applications straight after that, which was extremely helpful. Most importantly, when it boils down to issues such rent arrears or damages to my property, Sophie stands out as someone who is diligent and industrious at her job. She guided me through the entire legal process step by step on moral grounds. In addition, Sophie is responsive to every query I have had; even when she is busy, she makes sure she will respond to me within 24 hours the next business day. Highly recommend Sophie's and her team's services to any landlord out there and would have given her 10/5 stars were I able to do so having been with First National Chester Hill for more than half a decade now.
